crunchy quinoa salad
You’ll Need
Cabbage
Carrots
Cucumber
1 Cup Quinoa
3 tbs Sesame Oil
2 tbs Soya Sauce
1 tbs Rice Vinegar
1 tbs Honey
Steps
1. Cook quinoa as directed and let cool. We like to use 1 cup, but you can make as much or as little as you’d like.
2. Chop cabbage, carrots, cucumber (as much as you’d like of each!) and add to a bowl with cooled quinoa.
3. In a small bowl, combine together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey to create dressing
4. Mix dressing into quinoa and vegetables!
Optional: You can also add edamame and top with green onions
